Established in 1989, JAF Communications is a Woman-Owned Business in the highly competitive telecommunications industry. We started with phone line installations in Mayaguez Puerto Rico, now a successful business with hundreds of telecom skilled workers in electrical design, construction, fiber optics and outside plant maintenance for service providers like Claro, Liberty, Walmart and other private companies.
